Fluvanna County does not operate its own adult jail. Central Virginia Regional Jail in Orange is the primary jail custodian, while the Fluvanna County Sheriff holds Sheriff-created arrest and investigation records. State-prison custody belongs to the Virginia Department of Corrections.
